Fried Chicken Tamari And Mustard

Ingredients:





1kg of very small chopped chicken



Tamari Sauce



Original mustard



Ground pepper



1 lemon



Flour



Extra virgin olive oil



Direction:



Put the chicken in a bowl, you can put the chicken with or without the skin, to everyone's taste.



Add a generous stream of tamari, one or two tablespoons of mustard, a little ground pepper and a splash of lemon juice.



Link everything very well and let macerate an hour.



Pass the chicken pieces for flour and place in the air fryer basket.



Put 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Half the time, move the chicken from the basket.



Do not crush the chicken, it is preferable to make two or three batches of chicken to pile up and do not fry the pieces well.
