Dry Rub Chicken Wings












Preparation time: 5 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Serve: 4


Ingredients:







9g garlic powder







1 cube of chicken broth, reduced sodium



5g of salt



3g black pepper



1g smoked paprika



1g cayenne pepper



3g Old Bay seasoning, sodium free



3g onion powder



1g dried oregano



453g chicken wings



Nonstick Spray Oil



Ranch sauce, to serve





Direction:



Preheat the air fryer. Set the temperature to 195 °C.



Put ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



Season the chicken wings with half the seasoning mixture and sprinkle abundantly with oil spray.



Place the chicken wings in the preheated air fryer.



Select Chicken, set the timer to 30 minutes.



Shake the baskets halfway through cooking.



Transfer the chicken wings to a bowl and sprinkle them with the other half of the seasonings until they are well covered. Serve with ranch sauce
