Breaded Chicken Fillets

Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 25 minutes. Serve: 4


3 small chicken breasts or 2 large chicken breasts


Ground pepper

3 garlic cloves

1 lemon

Beaten eggs

Bread crumbs

Extra virgin olive oil


Cut the breasts into fillets.

Put in a bowl and add the lemon juice, chopped garlic cloves and pepper.

Flirt well and leave 10 minutes.

Beat the eggs and put breadcrumbs on another plate.

Pass the chicken breast fillets through the beaten egg and the breadcrumbs.

When you have them all breaded, start to fry.

Paint the breaded breasts with a silicone brush and extra virgin olive oil.

Place a batch of fillets in the basket of the air fryer and select 10 minutes 180 degrees.

Turn around and leave another 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
