Cooked Egg In Casserole

Ingredients:







Nonstick Spray Oil



3 eggs



6 slices smoked bacon, diced



60g washed baby spinach



15g grated Parmesan cheese



Salt and pepper to taste



Direction:



Preheat the air fryer, set it to 175°C.



Spray three 76 mm molds with nonstick spray oil.



Add 1 egg to each greased mold.



Cook the bacon in a pan until golden brown, about 5 minutes.



Add spinach and cook until wilted, 2 minutes.



Mix the whipping cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes.



Pour the cream mixture over the eggs.



Place the molds in the preheated air fryer and cook for 4 minutes at 175°C until the egg white is fully prepared and season to taste with salt and pepper.
