Peppers Stuffed With Potato Omelette

Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 25 minutes. Serve: 2


2 large peppers (green, red ...)

2 medium potatoes

1 egg

1 tbsp olive oil



Preheat the Air fryer about 4 minutes at 18000C. While heating, peel and cut the potatoes as for tortillas. Go through plenty of water and dry very well.

Spray the cut potatoes with a little olive oil and place in the fryer basket.

Insert the basket in the Air fryer and set the timer to about 12 minutes to

18000C temperature Stir the potatoes halfway through cooking.

While the potatoes are cooking, clean the peppers, cut the tops and remove all the seeds. Spray the peppers with olive oil and lightly salt them.

When the potatoes are ready, salt them. Beat the egg and mix it with the potatoes.

Fill the peppers with this mixture and put them in the basket

Enter it again in the Air fryer and program about 7 minutes at 2000C.
