4 slices of Italian bread

1 cup chopped tomato tea

1 cup grated mozzarella tea

Olive oil

Oregano, salt and pepper

4 fresh basil leaves


Preheat the Air fryer. Set the timer of 5 minutes and the temperature to 2000C.

Sprinkle the slices of Italian bread with olive oil. Divide the chopped tomatoes and mozzarella between the slices. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Put oil in the filling. Place a basil leaf on top of each slice.

Put the bruschettas in the basket of the Air fryer being careful not to spill the filling. Set the timer of 5 minutes, set the temperature to 1800C and press the power button.

Transfer the bruschettas to a plate and serve.
