Mushroom Croquettes















Preparation time: 5 minutes. Cooking time: 25 minutes. Serve: 4


Ingredients:







200g mushrooms



¼ of an onion



Salt



Nutmeg



3 large tbsp of flour



4 tbso oil or



40g butter



1 liter of skim milk



Bread crumbs



2 eggs



Flour





Direction:



Chop the mushrooms and onion.



Brown the onion and mushrooms with a little oil in a pot, salt and when golden brown add two tablespoons of butter or a good stream of oil.



Add the tablespoons of flour and stir well until you get a very thick dough.



Gradually incorporate the milk (previously heated), until a dense mass is obtained.



Add salt and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.



Let cool in the fridge for about two hours.



Make balls with the dough and pass through flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.



Preheat the Air fryer a few minutes to 18000C and when ready put the croquettes in the basket and set the timer for about 15 minutes at 18000C.
