Cream Buns With Strawberries










Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 12 minutes. Serving: 6


Ingredients:







240g all-purpose flour



50g granulated sugar



8g baking powder



1g of salt



85g chopped cold butter



84g chopped fresh strawberries



120 ml whipping cream



2 large eggs



10 ml vanilla extract



5 ml of water





Direction:



Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Put the butter with the flour using a blender or your hands until the mixture resembles thick crumbs.



Mix the strawberries in the flour mixture. Set aside for the mixture to stand. Beat the whipping cream, 1 egg and the vanilla extract in a separate bowl.



Put the cream mixture in the flour mixture until they are homogeneous, then spread the mixture to a thickness of 38 mm.



Use a round cookie cutter to cut the buns. Spread the buns with a combination of egg and water. Set aside



Preheat the air fryer, set it to 175°C.



Place baking paper in the preheated inner basket.



Place the buns on top of the baking paper and cook for 12 minutes at 175°C, until golden brown.
