Blueberry Buns










Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 12 minutes. Serving: 6


Ingredients:







240g all-purpose flour



50g granulated sugar



8g baking powder



2g of salt



85g chopped cold butter



85g of fresh blueberries



3g grated fresh ginger



113 ml whipping cream



2 large eggs



4 ml vanilla extract



5 ml of water





Direction:



Put sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.



Put the butter with the flour using a blender or your hands until the mixture resembles thick crumbs.



Mix the blueberries and ginger in the flour mixture and set aside



Mix the whipping cream, 1 egg and the vanilla extract in a different container.



Put the cream mixture with the flour mixture until combined.



Shape the dough until it reaches a thickness of approximately 38 mm and cut it into eighths.



Spread the buns with a combination of egg and water. Set aside Preheat the air fryer, set it to 175°C.



Place baking paper in the preheated inner basket and place the buns on top of the paper. Cook for 12 minutes at 175°C, until golden brown
