Longaniza Skewers










Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 25 minutes. Serve: 4


Ingredients:







4 fresh Tuscan sausages



2 peppers cut into squares



1 onion, cut into large cubes



Coarse salt and pepper to taste



2 tbsp of brush oil



Wooden skewers





Preparation:



Preheat the Air fryer. Set the time of 5 minutes and the temperature to 2000C.



At the end of the time the Air fryer will turn off.



Cut the sausages into thick slices with about 2 cm. Then season with salt and pepper.



Assemble the skewers alternating slices of sausage, peppers and onions to finish all the ingredients. Let the skewers with about 12 cm to fit in the basket of the Air fryer.



Cut the excess with kitchen scissors. Brush with olive oil and set aside.



Organize the skewers in the basket of the Air fryer. Set the time of 20 minutes and press the power button.



After ready, transfer to a plate and serve.
